By using draftsfolder.co or buying a Drafts Folder digital product, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Drafts Folder is a digital product sold by Zack Doyle, operating from Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” or “Drafts Folder” refers to Zack Doyle d/b/a Drafts Folder.
What you’re buying
Drafts Folder sells digital products: copy-paste scripts, decision trees, contract templates, sequence playbooks, and automation blueprints. These are communication and workflow tools, not legal, financial, or tax advice. The contract templates included in the Drafts Folder product line are starting points only. Have a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction review any contract before you use it.
License you receive
When you buy a Drafts Folder product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the included files for your own freelance or solo-business work. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files with people who didn’t buy them.
- Repackage the files into a competing product.
- Claim the files as your own work.
- Strip out attribution or copyright notices baked into the files.
You can use the scripts and templates with your own clients freely. You can adapt them however you want for your own work. You just can’t pass them around to other people instead of paying.
Payment
All transactions are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to the card or wallet you used. Failed charges may result in your access being suspended until paid.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy for full terms. Short version: you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. No questions, no forms.
Member area access
Your purchase grants access to the Drafts Folder member area through a magic-link email sent to your purchase email address. We don’t issue passwords. If you lose the link, you can request a fresh one from the member-area login page. Magic links don’t expire, but generating a new one invalidates older ones.
Service availability
We try to keep the site online and the member area working. We don’t promise zero downtime. If the site is unavailable when you’re trying to access your files, email hello@draftsfolder.co and we’ll send the files directly.
What you agree NOT to do
- Use the site or the products to harass, defraud, or otherwise harm anyone.
- Reverse-engineer the site or attempt to break into systems not authorized for you.
- Submit false information at checkout (other than test credit cards in test mode, which is fine).
We may suspend or revoke your access if you do any of the above. Refunds in those cases are at our discretion.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Drafts Folder products are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the scripts, contracts, or automations will fit your specific situation, generate any particular outcome, or comply with any specific jurisdiction’s laws. You’re a smart adult; do your own due diligence.
The contract templates are sample language. They are NOT legal advice. We are not your attorney. Use them as starting points and have a real lawyer review them before signing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or the products is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by emailing us first will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
