This Privacy Policy explains how Drafts Folder (“we,” “us,” “the site”) handles information about you when you visit draftsfolder.co or buy a Drafts Folder digital product.

What we collect

When you make a purchase, we collect:

  • Your email address and first name, which you provide at checkout.
  • Payment details, processed directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number, security code, or expiration date.
  • Your IP address and browser user-agent, used for fraud prevention and ad attribution.
  • Identifiers set by advertising platforms (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics) that link your visit to a click on an ad, if applicable.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or financial-account details beyond what Stripe needs to process your payment.

Why we collect it

  • To deliver the product you bought and let you back into your account.
  • To process refunds if you ask for one.
  • To measure which ads work, so we don’t waste money on the ones that don’t.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To respond to support requests.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Resend — transactional email. Resend’s privacy policy.
  • Meta, TikTok, Google — ad attribution and analytics. We send hashed versions of your email address (and other identifiers) so these platforms can match a purchase to an ad click. They cannot read your email from the hash.
  • GHL hosting — the server this site runs on.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with anyone outside the list above.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by:

  • Drafts Folder — a session cookie that keeps you logged into your member area. Lasts 30 days.
  • Meta, TikTok, Google — third-party cookies for ad measurement and attribution.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. If you block our session cookie, you’ll need to use a fresh magic link every time you return to the member area.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what data we have about you.
  • Correct or delete your data.
  • Stop sending you marketing email (we don’t currently send any, but the right exists).
  • Stop sharing your data with ad platforms.

Email hello@draftsfolder.co with the request. We respond within 30 days. If you’re in California, the EU, or the UK, we recognize the additional rights granted to you by your local law (CCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR).

Children

This site is not for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced via email if we have your address on file.
