Refund Policy

30-day refund. No questions asked.

If a Drafts Folder product doesn’t help you, email hello@draftsfolder.co within 30 days of your purchase date. I’ll refund the full amount. You don’t have to fill out a form, explain yourself, or return anything.

How fast

I aim to process refund requests within two business days. Stripe takes another 5-10 business days to land the money back on your card or in your bank account, depending on your card issuer. Total: most refunds are complete within two weeks.

Partial refunds on bundles

If you bought a bundle (the Vault plus one or more upgrades) and want to refund only one of the items, that’s fine. Email me which item you want refunded. I’ll process the partial refund and you keep the rest.

Why I keep the policy this simple

I’d rather refund someone who decided this isn’t for them than make you fight to get your money back. If the product helped, you’ll tell other freelancers. If it didn’t, the refund is the cost of finding out. Either way, no hard feelings.

Edge cases

  • After 30 days: I can’t process refunds through Stripe automatically after 30 days. If something special is going on, email me anyway and we’ll figure it out.
  • Subscription: The Drafts Folder $19/month subscription (when launched) can be canceled anytime. You won’t be charged again after cancellation. Subscription payments already collected are not refunded except by mutual agreement.
  • Chargebacks: Please email me before disputing a charge with your bank. A direct refund is faster than a chargeback for both of us.
